Clothes Frenzy
A short review of clothes shops and their value:
ICE - Sassy street style is a real winner with teens and tall pre-teens. However, too many black ruffles probably detract from their LBD's, and although I'm in love with their cross-over tops, this one scores a not bad 6/10.
COTTON ON - I'm so annoyed - Cotton On has clothes that are not made of cotton! That obviously detracts point, but they have nice scarves and comfy ( actually cotton ) t-shirts. All up, 5 points.
SUPRE - You knew we were going to get there...it's kind of hard to avoid as so many girls frock their way there every day. With its up-to-date, everyday fashion, it's a clear style extraordinaire. Of course, some things are a bit risque but the floaty tops, jeggings and jeans are really perfect for tweens. This all comes to an 8/10.
SPORTSGIRL - Sportsgirl has a friendly environment and all their staff are really nice. They have great accessories and their clothes are very cool, very 'out there'. Lucy, who is N-O-T a shopper has found some good clothes there, and their black dresses aren't all mini either. All this positive stuff can lead to only one thing - 9/10.
That's all the main brands I wanted to do but I just want to mention a few more and something about them.
JJ'S - their coloured jeans sure are cool.
TARGET - they definitely fling into spring!
K-MART - they won't give up on the advertising!
Happy shopping!

Movie Magic
What with the release of three movies I really want to see, it looks like I'll be practically living at the movies. These three movies are...
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 - Out next week. Finally, finally...it feels like we've been waiting for years. Seriously, Harry in his prime, Peeves making up rhymes and Voldemort with his bad lines - why wouldn't you go and see this movie ? ( Oh yeah, 'cos you're seeing the next movie on my list! )
The Voyage of the Dawn Treader - When Prince Caspian came out I went to see it for my birthday. I saw it twice in the cinemas and countless times on DVD. This time I'm planning on seeing VDT three times and buying it the minute it comes out on DVD. Why ? 'Cos this time it's going to be bigger, better and more brilliant than ever. ( So in short, think PC or LWAW but even better. Wow! Is that possible ? ) I don't want to ruin the story but Reepicheep and Prince Caspian come back for plenty more adventures. Out December 9 - I'm counting down.
The Hobbit - I purposely saved the best for last. Yes, I don't actually know when it's coming out, and it probably won't be these holidays, but now it's definitely underway and we know it's happening. I can't wait to see Sir Ian McKellen return as Gandalf but I heard that Ian Holm was going to be replaced!! I know he's maybe a bit too old now but for me he's the only actor who screams 'Bilbo' all over. On well, at least Ian McKellen is still in the top spot. Peter Jackson did justice on LOTR but can he do justice on The Hobbit ? I can almost taste the suspense. Maybe if we all really, really hope hard, it will be out in cinemas tomorrow! I'm hoping, I'm hoping!

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry I haven't done a blog post in , like , the longest time , but I am now so that's gr8 .There's about 16 totally cool things I want to blog about , but today I am totally doing the first thing on my list. Last week , me and Lucy went for a sleep over to our awesome Aunty's house as she was on holidays. We were totally planning to have a excellent professional, dinner party - totally minus the ugly cocktail dresses. On the menu:
Entree: cheesy stuffed mushrooms (y)
Main: pasta carbonara with vegies & ham (u)
Dessert: instant chocolate mousse (m)
Beverage : lemonade or non alcoholic sparkling apple juice
Every thing was awesome. You should totally have your own dinner party , you can not go wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! p.s Every thing was amazing , but the mousse was a total stand out!!!

Dance News
I love dance exams! They give you something to work for and to look forward to, and something to feel n-e-r-v-o-u-s about! If you do well then you feel great and even if it wasn’t your best exam ever, then it simply spurs you on to work even harder next year.
This year I did my Level 3 exam, which was Cool, Essence of. Before I went in I felt kinda freaked and I was also really, really hoping my bun didn’t fall out! When we went in I got a HUGE surprise! I recognized the examiner – she was the teacher for a homeschool class I take during the week. That was pretty awesome and my nerves subsided for a minute.
The three of us taking our exam definitely all danced our best and we were all really happy with our results.
If you have never taken an exam before then go for it! You’ll have a ball and, like me, probably feel sad when it’s all over. Good luck!
